Francisco is from District 4890 in Argentina and is here in London for a year as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar completing a Masters in Environmental Sustainability at Western University.
He made a presentation to the Rotary Club of London-Lambeth on October 9th outlining his very interesting background in the Argentinean Air Force and about his country.
